Salsa-cream-chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 400 ml heavy cream
  • 400 ml salsa

Recipe

  • 1 mix heavy cream and salsa in a casserole.
  • 2 wash the chicken breasts and dry them with a paper towel.
  • 3 lay them into the sauce and cover them with the mixture.
  • 4 bake 1 hour at 400° f or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • 5 if you don't eat meat you can substitute the chicken with feta and bake it for approx 20 minutes.
  • 6 serve with wine, pita bread, rice or/ and fresh garden salad.
