Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 chicken breasts
- 400 ml heavy cream
- 400 ml salsa
Recipe
- 1 mix heavy cream and salsa in a casserole.
- 2 wash the chicken breasts and dry them with a paper towel.
- 3 lay them into the sauce and cover them with the mixture.
- 4 bake 1 hour at 400° f or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- 5 if you don't eat meat you can substitute the chicken with feta and bake it for approx 20 minutes.
- 6 serve with wine, pita bread, rice or/ and fresh garden salad.
