Rich Chicken Salad

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups cooked and diced chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup finely diced celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 dash wine vinegar
  • salt
  • toasted slivered almonds or sliced almonds

Recipe

  • 1 whisk the mayo, cream, vinegar and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
  • 2 add the chicken and celery and mix well.
  • 3 check the taste and add vinegar or salt as needed.
  • 4 garnish with the toasted almonds.
