- 1 cup tomato juice
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats or 3/4 cup old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350.
- 2 combine all ingredients except ground beef, mix well.
- 3 add ground beef, mix lightly but thoroughly.
- 4 put into 8x4 inch loaf pan, and bake 1 hour.
