Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 roma tomato, chopped (or any tomato)
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- salsa, as desired
- 1 (12 inch) cheese pizza
Recipe
- 1 saute the onions and green peppers in a little oil. when softened, scatter them onto the top of the pizza.
- 2 chop the tomato and scatter with the chicken over pizza. add salsa to taste and scatter cheese overall.
- 3 place the pizza directly on the oven rack in a preheated f. bake minutes or until bubbly.3-4.
