Heart Healthy Strawberry Banana Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 6 ounces non-fat strawberry yogurt (dannon light & fit)
  • 1 banana (over ripened)
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 ounces skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 in a blender add 4 ice cubes and crush using fastest speed available (if you do not have a blender capable of crushing ice, place cubes in a plastic bag and pre crush with a meat mallet or bottom of a pan first).
  • 2 add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 blend until smooth.
  • 4 pour into 12 oz glass.
  • 5 garnish with fresh or thawed frozen strawberries (optional).
