Saucy Chicken Legs

Ingredients

- 4 chicken legs, with thighs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 oven at 350 degrees.
- 2 over medium heat, heat oil in large skillet, then brown the chicken on all side. will take about 15 minutes.
- 3 put chicken in one layer in casserole dish.
- 4 saute onion in drippings for about 5 minutes, then add the soup, paprika, salt, lemon juice, and dill, and mix them together thoroughly.
- 5 reduce heat to low, then stir the broth and sour cream into the skillet mixing well.
- 6 do not boil, but heat the sauce to about serving temperature.
- 7 gently pour the sauce over the chicken, actually spooning is best if you are not too lazy, like i am.
- 8 cover and bake until chicken is tender, about 20 minutes.
