Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 2 lbs beef stew meat
• 8 ounces sliced mushrooms or 8 ounces button mushrooms
• 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 2 envelopes onion gravy mix

Recipe

• 1 place everything in a 7"x11" baking pan.
• 2 bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 2 1/2 hours.
• 3 serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
