Ingredients
- Servings: 24
- 250 g beef mince
- 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumb
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon vegemite
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
- 2 shape into walnut sized balls.
- 3 bake in a shallow, foil lined baking dish at 200c for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 4 serve hot (with dipping sauce if using).
