Satay Meatballs

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 250 g beef mince
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh breadcrumb
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vegemite
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
  • 2 shape into walnut sized balls.
  • 3 bake in a shallow, foil lined baking dish at 200c for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  • 4 serve hot (with dipping sauce if using).
