Sassy Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 ounce) can tomatoes, diced, drained (actually "tomatoes & mild green chilies," drained)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 large chicken breast, cooked, diced
  • 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, mayonnaise, and honey.
  • 2 stir in chicken, celery, grapes, and pecans.
  • 3 cover and chill before serving.
