- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/3 cup cooking oil or 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a bowl pour over meat.
- 2 marinade at least 4 hours.
