Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed (can use thighs)
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- black pepper
- salt
- 1 -2 tablespoon oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except oil and let the chicken sit overnight or at least 15 minutes.
- 2 heat oil in a heavy skillet over med-high heat and add chicken with sauce.
- 3 cook about 5 minutes until done.
