Skillet Veal Parmesan

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 veal cutlets
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • pepper
  • 3 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 -2 garlic, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 mix flour, 2 teaspoons italian seasoning, and pepper.
  • 2 coat cutlets.
  • 3 heat 2 teaspoons oil in non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  • 4 cook veal about 2 minutes.
  • 5 remove from skillet, add remaining oil, onion and garlic.
  • 6 cook over low heat til onion is crisp.
  • 7 stir in sauce, and 2 teaspoons italian seasoning.
  • 8 cover and simmer 15- 18 minutes.
  • 9 sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • 10 cover and simmer until cheese is melted.
  • 11 serve with spaghetti and sprinkle with parmesan.
