Meat Stir Fry - Vegetarian Style

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (200 g) package soy crumbles
- 375 g plain yogurt
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons favorite seasoning
Recipe
- 1 put soy balls in a container.
- 2 add water to cover soy balls.
- 3 add 1 spoon of seasoning and mix. let soak for 2 hours.
- 4 pour off all the access water from the soy balls.
- 5 in lightly greased frying add soy balls, crushed or chopped garlic and yogurt.
- 6 fry until most sauce evaporates.
- 7 throw your favorite veggies in to make it a complete meal and fry for a few more minutes.
