Meat Stir Fry - Vegetarian Style

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (200 g) package soy crumbles
  • 375 g plain yogurt
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons favorite seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 put soy balls in a container.
  • 2 add water to cover soy balls.
  • 3 add 1 spoon of seasoning and mix. let soak for 2 hours.
  • 4 pour off all the access water from the soy balls.
  • 5 in lightly greased frying add soy balls, crushed or chopped garlic and yogurt.
  • 6 fry until most sauce evaporates.
  • 7 throw your favorite veggies in to make it a complete meal and fry for a few more minutes.
