Meat Pie With Catsup Biscuits

Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger
• 2 tablespoons drippings
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 cup canned tomato
• 1 cup tomato sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• salt
• 1 (15 ounce) can lima beans
• 2 tablespoons margarine

Recipe

• 1 brown meat in drippings; add onion, tomatoes, tomato sauce and seasonings.
• 2 drain lima beans and heat with margarine.
• 3 fold the two mixtures together and pour into a greased casserole.
• 4 make small amount of biscuit dough and roll out into a square 1/4" thick. spread from center to edge with catsup and roll like a jelly roll. cut into 1" slices and place over meat mixture.
• 5 bake in 425 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until biscuits are done.
• 6 shortcut: use canned buttermilk biscuits; press together and spread with catsup; roll and slice as above.
